I think what they said about video being very important is so true. When I go to websites and there is a video I am more likely to watch the video than to read the paragraphs of information. They are also correct when saying emotions are more likely to be triggered when an audience can see and hear the actual person giving their input on whatever it is you are reporting on.
The link section is very important too. This way the viewer can link to what you are talking about if they want more information.
